Our guidelines

While we would love setup free a trial for anyone who asks, but we can't. The following outlines our trial guidelines. If you have any questions about our guidelines, please feel free to contact us.

		You have a minimum need to issue 300 online tests per year.

		Test.com is a self-service website. You put your training materials, content or tests in your test.com account site. We do not provide any pre-written tests.

		You are representing an organization or company with a North American operations base. At this time our billing system can only accommodate payments in US or Canadian dollars. For our international users: there are NO limits on your users having international access to your test.com site.

		Our entry level annual cost is around $3,000 for 3,000 tests taken. There is a one time setup fee of around $1,500. Later in 2008 we'll be offering a lower price version of test.com with less enterprise features.

		We are eager to earn your business. We'll negotiate and discount our fees based on volume and need. We try our best to be flexible to earn your business.

What to expect

1)	Complete this form.

2)	We need to validate your mail address, to make sure it's a good address. In a few minutes our systems are going to automatically send you a reply email. You'll need to click on the link in that email so we know the email address you gave us works.

3)	Your request for a trial will then be sent to us. We'll do the following:

		Create custom test.com account site using logos and colors we find on your website

		Create a sample test as an example you can play with

		We'll be back in contact you with the information you'll need to login into your test.com site

		Sometimes we might need to contact you to get more information (which is the main reason we need good contact information for you such as phone numbers)

		These steps take as little as a few minutes or a few hours during normal business hours

4)	At this time you'll have full access to your test.com site; however we ask that you limit your usage of the site is for evaluation purposes and not for live training and testing.

5)	In a few days someone from test.com will contact you to see how it's going. We might schedule an online walkthrough to help you better understand test.com. We might help you more to get your site setup so it fits you needs. We might even make special modifications to the site's capabilities based on your needs.

6)	The length of time we allow users to evaluate test.com is flexible. We want you to feel 100% comfortable using test.com before you make any commitment to use the site.

7)	The final step is to mutually agree on business terms. Our goal is to be flexible so we can continue build upon our satisfied customer base.
